In my opinion this reminds me of Audrey Hepburn. I could be off but i immediately in visioned this outfit on Hepburn at some point in her career. The pose goes well with the outfit very cute and quirky. Vintage pieces are always timeless when you do them right and I have always been a fan of the gloves with long sleeves as well. So here's to Chelsea the Fashionable Savage.
