John C. Jay @ the Wexner Tomorrow

I was astonished to find out that John Jay was actually a Columbus native.  John Jay is Global Executive Creative Director of  ad giant Weiden + Kennedy.  Selected as on of the 40 most Influential designers by I.D. magazine and of the the most 80 most influential people in photography by American Photographer magazine.  He has inspired some of the fashion industries most successful designers and works with the likes of Hiroshi Fuijiwara, Futura, Jeff Staple, and the list goes on.  He will be speaking at the Wexner Center tomorrow in honor of the 40th anniversary of Ohio State Design.  Strongly encourage anyone who can make it to come out.  More info here.

Wexner Center for the Arts x Andy Warhol x RJD2

Ok Ok what do you get when you mix the best Arts center in the midwest, with one of arts most iconic figures, and one of Ohio's own most celebrated musicians.  Simple, look above.  If you haven't stopped through to see Warhol's exhibit at Wexner, you are truly missing out on a once in a lifetime event.  Wexner was lucky enough to be the only arts center in the US to carry Warhol's current exhibition.  It will be a grand evening, good nite!

"WE RUN COLUMBUS" PICTURES

So we threw a little benefit show/warehouse party for one of our friends who ran for the Women for Women charity in the  Columbus Marathon . We called the event "We Run Columbus". 5 bands 2 djs and  a whole lot of people.
